That’s because there are so few people truly qualified to do the work, especially at technology companies. So how do you get in? Participating in bug bounty programs is a great place to jump-start a career in security even if you’re just starting out new in th e industry. In this talk, you’ll learn how to leverage bug bounty to put yourself on a path to being a competitive candidate at any company in Silicon Valley

Bio:

Adam 'rudd' Ruddermann is the Director of the Bug Bounty Services Practice at NCC Group. He has extensive experience in the bug bounty domain, having led Facebook's Bug Bounty Program, co-founding the BountyCraft conference series, and as Synack's first Operations Manager. He previously served in U.S. government security and intelligence consulting roles with Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Technical Lead at the NSA Red Team while in the United States Air Force.
