Vasanthika Srinath

Bio:

Vasanthika Srinath is an Attorney, having started her practice over 22 years ago. After 8 years of practice in Mumbai and Bengaluru, she moved in-house setting up and leading legal and compliance functions at various companies, predominantly in the IT space.

She is currently the Global Corporate Compliance Leader at Concentrix Corporation, where she is responsible for Regulatory & Policy Compliance, Contract Compliance and Compliance Assurance. She also held the responsibility of compliance with GDPR. Prior to this, she was the General Counsel at leading IT / ITES companies.

Vasanthika was recently admitted as a Fellow of Information Privacy at IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). She is a member of the Steering Committee – In House Counsel Expert Forum of the ACC (Association of Corporate Counsels) https://www.acc.com/chapters/india/steering-committee.cfm
