Speaker Bio

Over 16 yrs of experience across IT, management consulting, marketing & strategy.

Gaurav is an engineer with a masters degree from BITS, Pilani and business education from Harvard Business School, Boston, MA.

Currently at Cyient, Gaurav is responsible for driving its global IT strategy with a focus on adopting technology to drive business process change. He also heads the Global Information Security Council.

In his previous role at Cyient, he focused on driving growth across key accounts across verticals, impacting 70% of the organization revenues. He also ran the sales operations & customer outreach programs globally.

At Feedback Consulting, he head the consulting practice for the Customer Division with client acquisition and P&L responsibilities. He also led select strategy consulting assignments across industry sectors.

At HCL Technologies, he head Marketing & Strategy for Key Accounts and lead the Innovation program across the firm. He worked closely with the CEO's office on multiple strategy programs.

Gaurav has been a mentor to three startups and is part of the mentor panel at MindSphere Consulting. He was an invited member of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) National Innovation Committee for 2 years.
