Lucas Moody, currently Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer at Palo Alto Networks is a technology executive noted for information security thought leadership, business innovation and leading companies through major crises. Lucas is a leader with strong technical and operations roots leveraging a true passion for protecting the Internet community. With experience in information security operations, e-crime investigations, threat management, security engineering, cyber fraud, forensics and threat intelligence he builds and leads great teams to accelerate business growth and gain competitive advantages by enabling security with a focus on the customer experience.

Lucas brings a global perspective having managed a multi-disciplined global team of engineers across North America, Europe and Asia, and has lived and worked overseas and in various parts of the United States during his career.

Prior to Palo Alto Networks, Lucas built out security operations and engineering capabilities at large companies like Intuit, eBay, KPMG, and Oracle.

When he is not working, his passions are his daughters, sailing, cars, road trips, and food.
