Bio:

Ajit Menon has over 25 years of industry experience and has been with TCS for over 20 years. He has wide experience across various business roles. As Chief Security Officer, he is responsible for the strategy, design, deployment and governance of controls that safeguard TCS’ business interest. He is also responsible for ensuring continuity of TCS’ business operations and customer service delivery.

Ajit has been working in the area of Information Security for the last 15+ years and was responsible for the integration of security into TCS’ delivery framework and making security a way of life within the organization. He was also responsible for setting up of the TCS’ first overseas delivery center and has been overseeing global operations.

Ajit has been instrumental in standardizing the security controls across the various geographies of TCS. He was also a key member of the leadership team that incorporated the privacy framework. Under his leadership, TCS has won multiple awards for Security Best Practices.

Ajit is a Certified Lead Auditor and has spoken at multiple forums.
