Rajesh has worked in areas like Corporate Information & Cyber Security strategy, Policies, Procedures, setting security standards for IT Infrastructure, Risk Assessment process, processes for running successful operations, developing Business Continuity Plans and Service Standards.

Prior to joining Paytm Payments Bank, Rajesh worked as CISO at IDFC First Bank and Head of IT Security - India Region at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
